At the meeting the National President Sgt. Robert F. Guilbeaux discussed the financial state of the National Organization and the need to improve on collecting national dues from the representing chapters. It was also discussed that LBC (the local chapter) is in agreement to hold the National Conference on July 28-August 2, 2009 at the Hilton hotel in Little Rock. The responsibilities and expectations of the national and local conference committees were also discussed.

Event Planner Sylvia Smith set to handle logistics, set up committees and schedules to ensure the conference flow. Sylvia Smith gave a presentaion regarding the National Conference at the LBC Annual conference on October 19, 2009.
