The
NBSTC promotes communication among minority state troopers within the United
States and within our own agencies. The NBSTC encourages its members to participate
in self-improvement programs, prepare and compete for promotions, and request
assignments to specialized units to advance their careers and better serve
the citizens of their respective state.

enhance recruitment, hiring retention and promotion of minority troopers.

serve as a vehicle to work effectively with administrations and elected officials.

eliminate under-utilization of minority troopers.
