LBC Website hits reaches 17,000

The Website was launched on December 31, 2005 as a tool to provide the public with information about our organization and to showcase up and coming events. The website has served as a model for the National Black State Troopers Coalition and its affiliated chapters across the United States. It educates the public about the tragic event of Louis Bryant, which the chapter was named in his honor. It provides information about our yearly LBC Boys camp and allows the public to download forms needed to participate in the yearly camp. It also educates the public about Arkansas’ first black state troopers.

As of December 26, 2009, the website has had over 17,000 hits. It witnessed its largest number of hits during the months leading up to the National Black State Troopers Coalition’s 24th Annual Training Conference hosted by the LBC chapter in August 2009. During the month of July 2009, the website reached a total of 1041 hits. This was the greatest amount of hits the website has ever had. The number of hits remained over 500 hits each month starting April 2009 leading up to the conference.

The Louis Bryant Page saw its highest amount of hits, 247 hits, during the month of September 2008 due to a local news story on Louis Bryant. The Website will continue to provide information about the LBC organization and would like to encourage everyone to continue to visit the site in the near future. Feel free to provide information to place on the site at anytime.
