Is it racist to have a separate organization?
No. The United States of America is a melting pot that consists of many different subcultures. We are an organization that represents one of those many subcultures for the purposes of creating a more perfect union and a greater agency. Many of us have taken Anthropology in college and are aware that people, who think alike, talk alike, and look alike tend to form subcultures. It is the members of that subculture who have the most experience on how to fix the problems of that culture.
Can people of other races join?
Yes. Article III, Section 11 of the Chapter Bylaws states that no person shall be refused membership based on their race, creed, color, religion, or sex. In fact, the National Black State Troopers Coalition has several white members and other minorities across the country. However, all members, black or white, must be committed to accomplishing the same goals and objectives as listed in the National and State Bylaws.
What is the purpose of me paying dues? Where does my money
go?
Ecclesiastes 7:12

But the excellence of knowledge is that wisdom gives life to those who
have it.
When taxation was first introduced to the United Constitution, it was originally designed for the purposes of defending the countries interests around the world. When God set a 10% tithe in the bible, that money was originally intended to defend the church. We propose a small fee of about $10 (amount may have changed) per pay check, that amounts to a total of $240 per year, to help in the efforts of defending the interests of the organization and the African American community. $25 of that total amount is sent to the national organization to help defend our interests on a national level. This may seem like a lot but it is not. The amount is tax deductible under article 501 (c) 3 of the United States tax codes.
Is this a socialist organization?

Most of us are committed to the values of our historical black conservative ancestors, which is to be committed to God and Country and to hold ourselves accountable by being committed to the standard of excellence.
