The
NBSTC promotes communication among minority state troopers within the United
States and within our own agencies. The NBSTC encourages its members to participate
in self-improvement programs, prepare and competefor promotions, and request
assignments to specialized units to advance their careers and better serve the
citizens of their respective state.
*To
enhance recruitment, hiring retention and promotion of minority troopers.
*To
serve as a vehicle to work effectively with administrations and elected officials.
*To
eliminate under-utilization of minority troopers.
